The team’s culture ‘Winning is Business’ comes from the Chinese translation of their word-brand Meritus. “Wan Li Da (万 里 达), means Winning comes First - even if the effort takes 100,000 miles”. KRS Motorsports Sdn Bhd was established in 2005 by James Leong after he left the employment of Morac International Karting Circuit. The company was formed out of a need to carry on with the work done by Morac especially in the area of customer service. KRS Motorsports is the official distributor for Rotax karting products in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and the Philippines. Rotax is a leader in kart engine manufacturing and their engines form the backbone of the world's most popular karting series, the Rotax Max Challenge. We are responsible for the sales and service of Rotax Max engines and we also organise the Rotax Malaysia Challenge and Rotax Asia Zone Challenge. We have a fully equipped workshop to service and repair all types of Rotax engines. Our karting chassis of choice is the successful Italian brand Intrepid. Having been proven at the highest levels of karting in Europe, we have also had great success with Intrepid locally and in the region with our racing team. We pride ourselves in running our business and race team professionally.
